We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy WordPress & Social Media Executive to manage our website, strengthen our online presence, and create engaging digital content.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated WordPress & Social Media Executive with experience in WordPress website management, graphic designing, social media management, and basic SEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining the company website, creating engaging visual content, scheduling social media posts, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesWordPress Website Management

- Create, update, and maintain the company website using WordPress.
- Upload and manage website pages, blogs, banners, images, and landing pages.
- Manage WordPress themes, plugins, and website settings.
- Ensure website content is accurate, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO-friendly.
- Monitor website performance and coordinate with hosting providers or developers whenever technical support is required.

Social Media Management

- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts.
- Design creatives for social media campaigns, promotions, festivals,



and company announcements.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.

Graphic Designing

- Design social media creatives, website banners, promotional materials, email creatives, and marketing assets.
- Create engaging visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve content creation and design productivity.

SEO & Website Optimization

- Implement basic on-page SEO practices.
- Optimize website content, images, and meta tags for better search visibility.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Generate basic website and social media performance reports.

Required Skills

- Experience in WordPress website creation and management.
- Knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, hosting, domains, and website maintenance.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Experience in creating and scheduling social media content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Claude, or similar productivity tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
