Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, and schedule counseling sessions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from assigned leads.
- Explain course details, benefits, and admission procedures.
- Generate interest and schedule appointments for Academic Counselors.
- Follow up with prospective students to maximize admissions.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM regularly.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily call, follow-up, and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with the admissions and sales teams for smooth enrollment.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales (EdTech experience preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
