Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned English lessons (grammar, prose, and poetry) for middle and secondary grades.
- Skill Development: Enhance students' vocabulary, reading comprehension, listening, and speaking skills through interactive activities.
- Student Assessment: Design and implement formative and summative assessments, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback to boost student performance.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and collaborative learning.
- Extracurricular Activities: Organize and encourage student participation in literary events, debates, dramatics, and speech competitions.
- Parent Communication:



Regularly update parents on student progress through Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and report cards.

Required Qualifications

- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English from a recognized university.
- Qualified Degree: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory.
- Licensure: Qualifying the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II or a relevant state-level TET is often required for government and reputed private institutions.
- Communication: Excellent command of both written and spoken English is essential.

Pay: ₹10,547.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
