Job Title

- Creative Head

As the Creative Head, you will be responsible for driving content innovation, leading creative projects from concept to execution, and managing both internal and external collaborations. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality content that aligns with client goals while continuously refining strategies based on performance metrics. Your role will also include overseeing social media management, vendor relationships, and project planning.

Responsibilities

- Develop and pitch creative content ideas that are in sync with client objectives and brand values.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team to ensure unique and engaging content.
- Lead shoots and creative projects, overseeing the entire process from initial concept to final execution.
- Manage scheduling and planning to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Oversee and manage the company’s and clients’ social media presence.




- Utilize available tools to enhance content visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve and optimize content strategies.
- Prepare and present quotes for future clients, detailing project scopes and creative direction.
- Collaborate with the sales and accounts team to negotiate and finalize client agreements.

Requirements

- Proven experience in creative direction, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead projects and work collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Journalism or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets; familiarity with content creation and social media tools.
- A forward-thinking, innovative mindset, and a passion for developing creative content that drives results.
