Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Camera Sales Specialist to join our retail team. You will be the primary point of contact for photography enthusiasts and professionals, helping them find the perfect cameras, lenses, and accessories to capture their vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Consultation: Interview customers to understand their photography experience and specific needs, recommending ideal camera bodies, lenses, and lighting equipment.
- Product Demonstrations: Confidently operate and demonstrate the features of DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and related accessories.
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets by successfully upselling related gear, warranties, and premium bundles.
- Inventory Management:



Ensure display areas are fully stocked, organized, and clean. Assist with stock replenishment and periodic physical inventory counts.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and assist customers with initial camera setup and firmware updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Product Expertise: Deep understanding of major camera brands (e.g., Sony, Canon, Nikon), lenses, and photography concepts.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in consumer electronics sales, photography retail, or a closely related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical specifications in simple terms.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory tracking software.
- Passion: A genuine interest in photography, videography, or visual media is highly preferred.
