Job description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee on-site execution of construction/projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, cost efficiency, quality standards, and coordination across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall project execution at site, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions
- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations
- Track daily/weekly progress and prepare MIS reports for management review
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
- Manage billing, cost control, and project cash flow
- Ensure proper documentation, site records, and reporting systems
- Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in construction/project management (on-site role)
- Strong knowledge of MEP, structural, and finishing works
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects or large-scale developments
- Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
