Senior Quick Commerce

Position: Senior Quick Commerce / Location: Rai, Sonipat, Haryana

Experience: 4–10 Years

Salary: ₹60,000+ per month (Negotiable)

Industry Preference: Quick Commerce / FMCG

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end quick commerce operations setup and execution.

New products/SKUs launch planning and execution.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, BigBasket, Instamart, Zepto, or similar.

Inventory planning, replenishment, and stock management.

Dark store operations and order fulfillment management.

Vendor onboarding and coordination.

Demand forecasting and assortment planning.

SOP creation and process optimization.

Coordination with warehouse, supply chain, and category teams.

Monitor KPIs like fill rate, order accuracy, inventory health,



and delivery performance.

Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Quick Commerce business.

Experience in product launch and scaling operations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Team handling experience.

Solid communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Companies:

Candidates with experience in Blinkit, BigBasket, Instamart, Zepto, Minutes, or similar Quick Commerce platforms will be preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
