Job Description:

* Greet customers and provide courteous, professional assistance.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare and pharmacy products.

* Process billing and cash/card transactions accurately.

* Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well organized.

* Monitor inventory, stock shelves, and report low-stock items.

* Verify prescriptions and coordinate with the pharmacist when required.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns as per company policy.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

* Assist in receiving and checking stock deliveries.

* Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

* Basic computer and billing system knowledge.

* Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
