Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block business in the Vizag market. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and strengthening our brand presence among builders, contractors, architects, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and secure large-scale projects in residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, structural consultants, contractors, developers, and channel partners.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the regional sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct market research to track competitor activities,



pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline in the region.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of sales and marketing experience in building materials (AAC blocks, cement, bricks, or related products).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong industry network and understanding of the construction ecosystem in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
