Key Responsibilities

- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per approved drawings and safety standards.
- Inspect scaffolding materials before use and ensure they are free from defects.
- Install base plates, standards, ledgers, transoms, braces, platforms, guardrails, and toe boards correctly.
- Ensure scaffolds are reliable, properly tied, and capable of supporting intended loads.
- Follow work permits, method statements, and site safety procedures.
- Use proper PPE and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors, safety officers, and other trades to ensure safe access for work activities.
- Tag scaffolds appropriately (Green Tag/Red Tag) after inspection.
- Report damaged materials, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and stacking scaffolding materials safely.
- Comply with client requirements, company policies, and HSE regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
