Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and IT infrastructure
- Monitor and administer Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory
- Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and network security
- Provide IT support to plant users and office staff
- Manage ERP/MES system user access and troubleshooting
- Perform data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and antivirus management
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC and IT services
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support attendance systems, CCTV, access control, and production IT systems




- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and audits

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in System Administration, preferably in manufacturing
- Knowledge of:
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Network administration
- Office 365 / Email administration
- Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Backup solutions
- ERP support
- Cybersecurity practices

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
