Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor or Business Development Executive (BDE).
- UK admissions experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities, helping them choose suitable courses, universities, and destinations based on their academic profile, career goals, and budget.
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Manage student records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Guide students throughout the admission process and deliver excellent student support.

Team Lead Opportunity

Candidates with strong UK admissions experience and leadership skills will be considered for the Team Lead position.
