Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive Accounts Payable to manage vendor payments, expense booking, invoice processing, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end to end accounts payable activities including expense booking and invoice processing.

Record and allocate expenses to the appropriate cost centers.

Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate payment records.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment-related discrepancies.

Maintain vendor registration and KYC documentation.

Coordinate with vendors regarding payment status and invoice queries.

Prepare account reconciliations and monthly reports.





Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and maintain financial records.

Assist in improving accounts payable processes and internal controls.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Maintain confidentiality of financial information and documents.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

Good understanding of GST and TDS provisions.

Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
