Choksi Heraeus Pvt. Ltd. is a leading precious metals and engineered materials company, committed to excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a skilled SAP PP/QM/PM Consultant to strengthen our digital manufacturing and maintenance processes.

Job ResponsibilitiesSAP Production Planning (PP)

- Support and optimize SAP PP processes for production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations.
- Configure and maintain master data including BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve planning accuracy and system utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP-related issues.

SAP Quality Management (QM)

- Manage quality inspection processes, inspection plans, and quality notifications.
- Support incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection workflows.
- Ensure integration between SAP QM and PP/MM modules.
- Analyze quality data and recommend process improvements.

SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

- Configure and support preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
- Manage equipment master data, maintenance plans, work orders, and notifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.




- Support PM integration with MM and PP modules.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on SAP experience in PP, QM, and PM modules.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality, and maintenance business processes.
- Experience in SAP configuration, testing, user support, and training.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- SAP implementation or rollout experience.
- Experience in manufacturing industry environments.
- Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and FI modules.
- Understanding of production planning, quality assurance, and plant maintenance best practices.
