About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and high energy Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team on-site at Influencer Metric (influencermetric.in). If you eat, sleep, and breathe short-form video content, know what’s trending before it trends, and love being on camera, this role is for you.

This is a full-time, in-office role focused entirely on driving explosive organic growth across our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Video Creation: Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging daily video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) to build our organic brand presence.
- Organic Strategy: Develop and execute creative organic content strategies specifically tailored for the influencer marketing niche.
- Social Media Management: Own the end-to-end management of our social channels, including community engagement and monitoring performance analytics.
- Trend Jacking:



Stay on top of internet culture, memes, and algorithmic shifts to keep Influencer Metric ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

- Must be comfortable being the face of the brand and appearing in videos daily.
- Proven track record of growing organic social media accounts (portfolio or links to your content required).
- Strong mobile video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush, etc.).
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.
- Location: This is a strict in-office position.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
