- Plan and manage catering services for corporate events, weddings, conferences, social gatherings, and special occasions.
- Meet with clients to understand event requirements, budgets, menus, and service expectations.
- Prepare catering proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, vendors, and event teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Supervise catering staff before, during, and after events.
- Ensure timely setup, food presentation, service delivery, and event breakdown.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Maintain inventory of catering equipment, supplies, and consumables.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate catering staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or food service management.
- Experience managing large-scale events is preferred.
