Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane. The Operations Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with order processing, customer engagement, and marketing. The Operations Associate will also collaborate with other teams to continuously improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory (B. Pharm/D.



Pharm/B.Sc/others)
- Fresher or 1 year of Experience

Skills

- Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory skill
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
