Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products or services, and converting prospects into customers. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM is an added advantage).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
