Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

1) Installation and commissioning of UPS systems.

2) Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service.

3) Troubleshooting and repair of UPS systems.

4) Battery installation, testing, replacement and health checks.

5) Site visits, fault diagnosis, and customer support.

6) Preparation of service reports and documentation.

7) Coordination with customers and internal teams for service activities.

8) Attending breakdown/service calls within the committed response time.

9) Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.

10) Coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.

Requirements:





Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics or a related field/ or freshers can also apply.

2–3 years of experience in UPS installation and servicing.

Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase UPS systems.

Willingness to travel for site visits.

Valuable communication and troubleshooting skills.
