Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Rentals Manager to lead property sales and leasing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, managing rental portfolios, and leading a team to achieve sales and occupancy targets. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and client relationship management.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management

- Generate and manage leads for property sales.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Convert prospects into confirmed buyers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline tracking.
- Handle end-to-end sales process including documentation and closing.

Rental & Leasing Management

- Manage residential and commercial rental portfolios.
- Ensure maximum occupancy across managed properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, property showings, and lease negotiations.
- Coordinate rental agreements, renewals, and tenant onboarding.
- Monitor rental collections and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain tenant relationships and resolve rental issues.

Team Management

- Lead and supervise sales and rental executives.
- Assign targets and monitor team performance.
- Train team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews and team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.

Client Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Provide market insights and property recommendations.
- Maintain database of buyers, sellers, tenants,



and landlords.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market & Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities and markets.
- Conduct competitor and pricing analysis.
- Develop marketing strategies with the marketing team.
- Support promotional campaigns and property launches.

Key RequirementsEducation

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Rentals. (preferred)
- Experience in handling residential and/or commercial properties.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Working Days & Shift Timings

- Working Days: Wednesday to Monday
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
- Shift Duration: 9 Hours per day
- Lunch Break: 45 Minutes
- Short Break: 15 Minutes

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
