Key Responsibilities

- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation programs across the enterprise.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of core enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, and HRIS, ensuring optimal performance and integration.

- Drive the adoption and optimization of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to enhance scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

- Champion the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI/ML-driven process automation solutions across various business functions.

- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of engineers and solution architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.

- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, evaluating current technologies and partners to support future digital initiatives.

Requirements

- 12+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles,



with a significant focus on digital transformation and enterprise solutions.

- Proven expertise in leading large-scale implementations of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and other core enterprise systems.

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.

- Solid background in AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, with experience in deploying automated solutions.

- Strong program and project management skills, including familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

- Experience in managing complex vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.

- Financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar technology budgets
