- Minimum 1 Year in Tele caller with any overseas industry will be advantage

Responsibility: -

- Overseas education Tele counseling.

- Initiating Face to Face Appointments with Clients.

- Counseling students on call and helping them find the right course, university/colleges.

- Assisting students from start to end of the entire admission process.

- To maintain working relationship with all clients & colleagues

- To help the client/Students to obtain Visas and other documentation required for visa process.

- Counselling the clients on call regarding requirements of documents, filling procedures and answering inquiries from customers and resolves issues.





- Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws.

- Assisting with Filling Department.

Requirements: -

- Should be a 12th pass or graduate in any stream.

- Experienced (in the same field) candidate will be preferred.

- The person should have excellent communication skills and should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and dedicated candidates would be our first preference.

- Should have pleasing personality.

- Good understanding of Visa application process.

- Result‐orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
