Sahakar Medicals & Surgicals is seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our HR team. We are looking for candidates with knowledge of core HR functions who are passionate about recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Support payroll and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain employee relations and address HR-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Organize training, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support.
- Perform all other day-to-day HR activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or any related field.
- Experience in all core HR activities is preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience as an HR Executive or HR Staff will be given preference.
- Freshers with good HR knowledge and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
