Job Description: Domain Trainer & Coordinator

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Domain Trainer & Coordinator to conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students under the Uttarakhand Youth Upskilling Programme (UYUP) 2026–27 at Haridwar. The candidate will be responsible for delivering domain-specific training, coordinating programme activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the smooth implementation of training as per project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions as per the approved curriculum and training schedule.
- Conduct domain-specific technical training (Electrician and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning – RAC).
- Demonstrate the safe use of tools, equipment, and machinery during practical sessions.
- Explain technical concepts, safety procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate day-to-day training activities with the programme team to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain student attendance, assessments, training records, progress reports, and other project documentation.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic and practical guidance.
- Support students in resume preparation, interview readiness,



employability skills, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) placement.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and proper utilization of training resources and laboratory equipment.
- Submit regular reports and updates to the project management team.

Skills Required

- Strong technical knowledge in Electrical, HVAC, and RAC systems.
- Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to manage classroom and practical laboratory sessions effectively.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, and reporting).
- Ability to work with youth and motivate students toward successful completion of training.

Eligibility

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical training, coordination, or relevant industry work.
- Freshers with solid technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration

As per experience and project norms.
