Nerdience Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a technology company specializing in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, SRE, AI, and software development solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our People Operations team and help us attract, assess, and hire top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and communicate updates to candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and optimize job postings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and other recruitment drives when required.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of technical hiring processes and IT skill sets.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with HR documentation and onboarding processes.
