- Roles & Responsibilities
- - Assist in daily operations in Production.
- Learn to work on shopfloor machinery and tools under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
- Participate in training programs designed to develop technical and managerial skills.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Candidate Requirements
- - B.E./B.Tech Mechanical (2024,
or 2025 pass-outs).
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong academic record and keen interest in manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and at plant location - Halol.
