ICARE LIVING

India

Remote – India | Initial three-month consultancy with potential longer-term extension

The opportunity

A UK founder-led business group is seeking an experienced independent SEO and AI-Native Growth Marketing Consultant to deliver measurable digital growth across three businesses:

· Care360 ai system – an early-stage AI platform for UK-regulated care providers. Selected products and modules, including Mock Regulation System and an AI workplace chatbot, are ready to showcase, with further modules in active development.

· iCare Living – a CQC-regulated complex-care and supported-living provider.

· Abacus Housing – a property, supported-housing and land-development business.

This is initially a three-month, performance-focused consultancy engagement.

At the end of the initial period, the engagement and results will be reviewed. A successful consultancy may be extended, but this is not an offer of employment or a promise of permanent or full-time work.

The consultant will operate independently, invoice monthly and remain free to provide services to other clients, subject to confidentiality and conflict-of-interest requirements.

Consultancy fee:

· Initial retainer: ₹38,500 per month subject to experience

· Initial engagement: three months

· Paid monthly against a valid invoice

· The retainer may increase to ₹50,000 per month if agreed marketing success measures are achieved / timescales and measure to be agreed

Any extension or fee increase will depend on verified performance, continuing business requirements and a further written agreement. It is not automatic or guaranteed.

Purpose of the consultancy:

The consultant will personally develop and execute cost-conscious digital marketing strategies across the three businesses. You may be asked to undertake other aspects of the business from time to time.

The initial approach will prioritise organic growth, effective content, audience engagement and controlled campaign testing. Paid marketing budgets will be increased only where evidence demonstrates that a campaign is generating commercially useful results.

This is a hands-on assignment. We are not looking for someone who only writes strategies or manages other agencies.

Care360 Ai System:

The consultant will:

- Develop the initial go-to-market strategy for Care360 and its available products
- Establish and grow Care360’s presence on X and LinkedIn
- Create a structured content programme for showcasing products and new modules
- Produce Loom-style screen recordings and product walkthrough videos
- Turn product demonstrations into shorter videos, reels and social-media clips
- Create and distribute founder-led content on LinkedIn and X
- Produce product announcements, carousels, comparisons and educational content
- Promote content through relevant LinkedIn, X, Reddit and care-sector communities
- Build or improve landing pages, lead magnets and conversion journeys
- Test Google, LinkedIn, Meta, X and other suitable paid channels
- Target owners, directors, registered managers, nominated individuals and quality leaders within UK-regulated care providers
- Generate relevant enquiries and qualified product demonstrations
- Identify which messages, audiences and channels produce commercially valuable interest

Content must clearly show:

1. The operational or regulatory problem;

2. How the product works;

3. The practical benefit to the care provider; and

4. The appropriate next action.

iCare Living:

The consultant will:

- Complete a technical and commercial SEO audit of the existing website
- Improve rankings for valuable complex-care and supported-living searches
- Strengthen local and service-area SEO
- Improve website landing pages and enquiry conversion
- Develop SEO articles that attract relevant organic visitors
- Build high-quality, relevant backlinks using ethical methods
- Create and publish promotional and trust-building social-media content every week
- Produce videos, reels, graphics, carousels and informative care-sector content
- Use AI creative tools to test new content formats and improve production quality
- Produce authoritative content for families, case managers, commissioners, solicitors, discharge professionals and other referral sources
- Promote iCare Living’s clinical experience, CQC-regulated status and specialist-care capability
- Generate suitable care referrals and enquiries—not job applications or irrelevant website traffic

UK health and social-care marketing is built on trust. Content must be accurate, respectful and evidence-based.

Exaggerated clinical claims, invented testimonials, misleading CQC statements or inappropriate use of personal information will not be accepted.

Abacus Housing:

The consultant will:

- Establish the current SEO and marketing baseline
- Review and improve website presentation, content and conversion journeys
- Clarify target audiences and commercial objectives
- Identify relevant property, supported-housing and land-development search opportunities
- Convert those opportunities into a practical marketing programme
- Recommend and test appropriate organic and paid marketing activity
- Develop articles, landing pages, social content and partnership campaigns
- Identify potential landlords, property partners, care-sector partners, land opportunities and other agreed audiences
- Produce an initial three-month marketing action plan
- Review and improve the plan using campaign evidence and commercial feedback

The Abacus plan will not be treated as fixed. It should be adapted where analytics,

audience feedback or changing business priorities demonstrate that a different approach is required.

SEO responsibilities – iCare Living and Abacus Housing

The consultant will be responsible for increasing relevant organic visitors to both websites.

The work will include:

- Conducting keyword research based on UK search behaviour, commercial value and user intent

- Monitoring competitors, rankings, backlinks and emerging search opportunities
- Updating or removing content that is not attracting the intended audience
- Measuring whether organic visitors convert into genuine enquiries

Backlink quantity alone will not constitute success. Links must be relevant and credible.

Paid-link schemes, private blog networks, automated submissions and other methods that could damage the websites are prohibited.

Articles must answer genuine questions asked by potential clients, families, commissioners, landlords, housing partners and other agreed audiences. Content created merely to increase article volume will not be accepted.

AI-native marketing capability:

Advanced and practical use of current AI tools is essential.

We are not looking for someone who only uses ChatGPT to produce generic written content.

The consultant should be able to use AI to:

- Research markets, competitors, audiences and emerging opportunities
- Develop campaign ideas, content hooks and alternative positioning
- Produce high-quality written, visual, audio and video material
- Create product demonstrations, reels, animations, graphics and voiceovers
- Convert long-form material into platform-specific content

The consultant must remain informed about developments in:

- Generative AI

- AI-supported SEO and changing search behaviour
- AI Overviews and answer-engine optimisation
- Marketing automation and AI agents
- Synthetic media, copyright and content provenance
- AI accuracy, hallucination and fact-checking
- Secure use of company information in AI systems

The consultant will be expected to recommend and test new AI capabilities where they offer a genuine commercial advantage.

They must also recognise when an AI tool is unreliable, unsafe, unnecessary or incapable of producing professional results.

All AI-assisted content must be personally reviewed for factual accuracy, originality, brand quality, regulatory appropriateness and potential copyright or data-protection risks before publication.

Initial three-month action plan:

Within the first ten working days, the consultant will produce a separate 90-day action plan for each business.

Performance review:

Specific targets and definitions will be agreed in writing before the engagement begins.

Performance measures may include:

· Qualified Care360 enquiries and demonstrations attended by relevant decision-makers

· Suitable iCare Living referrals or enquiries accepted as relevant

· Agreed Abacus property, land, partnership or commercial opportunities

· Cost per qualified enquiry

· Growth in non-branded organic impressions and clicks

· Improved rankings for commercially valuable keywords

· Increased organic visits to priority pages

· Quality and relevance of new referring domains

· Engagement from the intended UK audiences

· Evidence that results can be repeated rather than being isolated successes

Clicks, impressions, followers, articles published and backlink volume will not independently constitute commercial success.

A paid campaign will only be considered successful where it generates an agreed minimum number of suitable enquiries at or below the agreed cost, supported by reliable attribution data.

Completion of marketing activity alone will not automatically trigger a fee increase. The review will consider:

· Whether the agreed work was delivered properly;

· Whether it reached the intended audience;

· Whether it produced commercially useful evidence or outcomes; and

· Whether successful results appear repeatable and scalable.

Required experience:

The consultant should have:

- At least three years’ practical SEO and digital marketing experience

- The ability to handle personal information and account credentials securely

Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, healthcare, social care, property, land development or another regulated sector would be advantageous.

The consultant is not expected to act as a lawyer or regulatory adviser. However, they must recognise when marketing content or tracking activity requires approval or specialist compliance advice.

Information security

The consultant must follow agreed information-security requirements, including:

· Multi-factor authentication

· Approved password management

· Access controls

· Secure handling of company information

· Prompt reporting of suspected data breaches or compromised accounts

Consultancy arrangement

The successful consultant will:

- Provide their own equipment and ordinary working tools

- Comply with confidentiality, data-protection and information-security requirements
- Assign the agreed intellectual-property rights in completed and paid-for deliverables to the relevant client business

Individual consultants are preferred.

Marketing agencies should not apply.

Generic applications without evidence of personally delivered results will not be considered.

This is NOT a student, graduate or entry-level opportunity.

- 8. No more than 200 words explaining how you would generate the first ten qualified Care360 demonstrations without relying on a large advertising budget.
