Job Description – Structural Designer

Position: Structural Designer
Industry: Construction
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop structural drawings for construction projects.
- Perform structural design and analysis using STAAD Software.
- Carry out Quantity Take-Off (QTO) for project materials and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately.
- Coordinate with project, site, and engineering teams for design-related activities.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with project specifications and industry standards.
- Assist in design revisions and technical documentation as required.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in structural design within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in STAAD Software and structural drafting.




- Knowledge in quantity estimation and BOM preparation.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and technical drawings.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and mobilize for project requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with construction standards and practices.
