Job Description: Domain Trainer

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Domain Trainer to conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students under the Uttarakhand Youth Upskilling Programme (UYUP) 2026–27 at Champawat and Pithoragarh. The trainer will be responsible for delivering domain-specific training in Electrician and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) trades, ensuring students gain both technical knowledge and practical skills aligned with industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for ITI students.
- Deliver training as per the approved syllabus and module plan.
- Demonstrate the use of electrical tools, equipment, and RAC systems.
- Teach technical concepts, safety procedures, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Assess students through practical demonstrations, assignments, and periodic evaluations.
- Provide guidance to students on technical skills, workplace safety, and industry best practices.
- Support students in resume preparation, interview skills, employability training, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) readiness.




- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and training documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of training equipment and laboratory resources.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment.

Skills Required

- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical systems, HVAC, and RAC equipment.
- Good communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
- Ability to conduct practical laboratory sessions confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining training records and reports.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring youth.

Eligibility

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical training or relevant industry work.
- Freshers with robust technical knowledge and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration

As per experience and project norms.
