Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Commercial Interior Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing commercial spaces such as offices, retail outlets, restaurants, clinics, or hospitality projects. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative interior design concepts for commercial projects.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Create mood boards, material selections, and presentation documents.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
- Work closely with architects, vendors, site engineers, and project managers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.




- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and industry standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of site execution and vendor coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with positive organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
