IT and Network Technician - Field Team

Key Responsibilities

On Site, screen level Technical Support, Troubleshooting & Configuration

Deploy & Configure: Install, configure, and test network hardware, including routers, switches, NUC (Minicomputers), WIFI, LAN, IP Configuration, CCTVs, LED Screens etc

Hardware Setup: Set up, maintain, and repair site (screen) level hardware.

Maintenance: System Upgrades, Software updates, Settings, report hardware level decay, failure and replacements of the same.

Network Troubleshooting & Maintenance

Infrastructure: Troubleshoot connectivity issues, routing problems, IP conflicts, etc.

ISP Coordination: Work directly with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to resolve outages or performance bottlenecks during deployments.

Service Logging: Maintain service logs and swipe / revisit schedules. Coordinate with service centres for repairs and returns.

SLA Compliance: Respond and resolve site level issues within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications & Skills

Networking Foundations: Good understanding of IP networks, DNS, DHCP and other networking issues. Configuration and deployment of other hardware like switches, routers, CCTV cameras etc. Wired and WIFI set ups. Cabling knowledge, Typically RJ45 crimping and use.

OS, BIOS familiarity - Expert Level

Hardware Proficiency:



Proven experience diagnosing and performing physical repairs (swaps, testing etc).

Logistics: Valid 2-wheeler driver’s license and preferably a vehicle are required. Must be comfortable carrying technical equipment and climbing on to the site / screen / billboard.

Willingness to work in rotating shifts (7am to 4pm / 2pm to 11 pm), flexible schedule as per requirement.

Experience & Education

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a support, network administration, or dedicated field service technician role. Freshers with good understanding and knowledge can also apply.

Education: Bachelor’s degree + IT training course completion or equivalent Diploma

Knowledge of LEDs and its components and the troubleshooting for the same would be a plus.
