# Solution Architect – Python / GCP

## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Solution Architect** with **8–15 years of experience** and at least **5 years of experience in the Insurance, Membership, and Payment domains**. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in **Python, enterprise application architecture, microservices, API integrations, cloud platforms, and modern architecture patterns**.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design scalable, secure, and high-performance end-to-end enterprise solutions.

* Define application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure architecture.

* Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architecture solutions.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams.

* Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

* Define microservices, API, integration, and event-driven architecture patterns.

* Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.

* Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.

* Provide technical leadership to development teams during implementation and deployment.

* Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

* Drive performance, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery initiatives.

* Support DevOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, and infrastructure automation initiatives.

* Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

## Required Skills

* **8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development.**

* Strong experience in enterprise application architecture and up-to-date architectural principles.





* Hands-on experience with **Microservices, RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and API Gateways**.

* **3+ years of experience with cloud platforms.**

* At least **1+ year of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.

* Experience with **Docker and Kubernetes**.

* Strong understanding of **CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**.

* Strong knowledge of **relational and NoSQL databases**.

* Experience with messaging technologies such as **Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus**.

* Strong understanding of application security, including **OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML**, and enterprise integration patterns.

* Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.

* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

## Preferred / Secondary Skills

* Experience with **AI/ML platforms, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, or Analytics solutions**.

* Experience with **Azure Services, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric**, or similar enterprise platforms.

* Certifications such as **TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect**, or equivalent are preferred.
