Key Responsibilities • Coordinate project execution from manufacturing through final commissioning. • Act as the primary interface between the customer, project sites and the factory. • Liaise with inspection agencies, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure timely inspections, approvals and clearances. • Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Purchase, Stores, Planning and Site teams to ensure smooth execution. • Monitor project schedules, identify delays and drive timely closure of pending actions. • Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates and customer correspondence. • Track technical queries, documentation, inspection status and project milestones. • Support project planning, risk identification and implementation of corrective actions. • Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel to customer locations and project sites as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Desired Candidate Profile • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. • 3–7 years' experience in project execution, preferably in heavy engineering, defence, EPC or industrial projects. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects. • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
