Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control functions. The role requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and business acumen to support organizational growth and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall financial management, planning, and control of the organization
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act
- Oversee accounting operations, audits, and internal controls
- Analyze financial performance, conduct variance analysis,



and provide strategic insights to management
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Implement financial policies, systems, and process improvements
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance & accounts team
- Support business expansion, pricing decisions, and cost optimization initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (MBA/CA preferred)
- CA / CMA / CPA / MBA (Finance) qualification strongly preferred
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
