Are you someone who loves scaling campaigns, generating quality leads, and optimizing performance? We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive real results through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads via forms, landing pages & WhatsApp
- Work on audience targeting & retargeting strategies
- Improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) and campaign ROI
- Collaborate with design team for ad creatives
- Analyze data & share actionable insights
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong focus on lead generation campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Understanding of funnels & landing pages
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Agency experience is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
