We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Interior Designer to join our team full time. This role bridges the gap between creative concept and reality, requiring solid technical design skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with on-site execution teams.
Key Responsibilities & Required Knowledge
2D & 3D Designing & Drafting: Creating precise 2D layouts, 3DX MAX , floor plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
Site Supervision Collaboration: Working closely with the site supervisor to ensure designs are executed accurately in office, troubleshooting spatial issues, and answering technical queries during construction.
Material Specifications: Strong understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and fixtures. You must be able to select, suggest, and document exact material specifications for clients and vendors.
