We are looking for a result-oriented Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics, with a focus on driving lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion growth.

- Job Title: Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist
- Location: Phase 8B Industrial Area, Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab
- Employment Type: Full time | Work From Office
- Shift: UK Shift (12:00 PM – 09:00 PM)
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
- Experience: 2–3 Years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
- Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and written skills in English
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, CPC, CPM models)
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page & off-page)
- Create and manage social media content calendars and posting schedules
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with design/content teams for creatives and ad copies
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to improve campaign performance
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights
