Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of Architectural Plans
- Building Permit Drawings & Documentation
- K-SMART Building Permit Works
- 3D Elevation Design
- Working Drawings and Detail Drawings
- Coordination with Architects and Engineers
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Kerala Building Rules and Building Permit procedures is preferred
- Experience in 3D software (SketchUp/Lumion/D5/V-Ray or similar) is an added advantage
- Good drafting accuracy and attention to detail
- Freshers with solid AutoCAD skills may also apply
