- Project Supervision: Manage daily construction operations and coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with structural designs and building codes.
- Quality & Safety Control: Perform routine on-site inspections of formwork, reinforcement steel placement, concrete pouring, and finishing work to guarantee structural integrity and safety.
- Resource Management: Estimate material requirements, track inventory, and collaborate with vendors to procure raw materials needed for ongoing residential construction.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Interpret technical drawings, provide on-site advice, and quickly diagnose or resolve engineering and logistical difficulties.
- Documentation & Progress Tracking: Prepare daily site reports, plot lines,



maintain construction schedules, and record material usage to report to the construction manager.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma with relevant experience of atleast 3 year in construction of Residential Building.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, checking structural alignments, and preparing bar bending schedules.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, team leadership, problem-solving, and budget-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
