Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Track recruitment status and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with clients for interview feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support the HR team in recruitment-related activities.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives when required.

Requirements

- Experience: Fresher to 1 year in Recruitment or HR.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
