Job Description – Procurement Lead / Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for commercial interior projects.

- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.

- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, and Project teams for timely procurement.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.

- Monitor procurement budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality.

- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor database.

- Track vendor performance and ensure quality and compliance.

- Develop and implement procurement processes and SOPs.

- Lead and mentor the procurement team while driving continuous improvements.

Requirements





- 8+ years of procurement experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, or construction.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, vendor management, and commercial negotiations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Leadership experience in handling procurement teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
