Job Description:

- Proven expertise in LabVIEW programming and control system integration.
- Extensive experience working with various sensors, including MFCs, PVs, humidity sensors, and solenoid valves.
- Robust understanding of PID tuning and loop correction.
- Ability to interpret and work with sensor spec sheets and technical documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience working with vendors.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to write clear and detailed technical reports

Key Responsibilities:

- LabVIEW Development: Edit and enhance existing LabVIEW programs and block diagrams based on real-time testing results.
- Sensor Integration: Work with sensor spec sheets to calibrate MFCs, PVs, H sensors, SVs, and lab gas flow systems.
- PID Tuning: Expertly tune and correct PID loops to ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshooting: Collaborate with sensor vendors and use technical data to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Reporting: Document all work performed and write a comprehensive technical report at the end of the contract.
