About the Company

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to strengthen our customer service team at our Chandrapur dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding vehicle service and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Service, Sales, and Workshop teams for smooth customer support.
- Maintain customer records and update data in CRM and SAP software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Conduct customer satisfaction (CSI) and follow-up calls.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled as per company standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education:



Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
- Experience in the Automobile Industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
