Work Schedule: 7 PM TO 4 AM (5 DAYS WORKING)

Job Description: NyxgenIT is looking for motivated and energetic Cold Calling / Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team. We provide complete digital marketing solutions and help businesses scale and grow their online presence. If you're motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to build a successful career in sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Services You'll Promote:*

- Website Development
- App Development
- SEO
- Google & Meta Paid Ads
- Social Media Marketing

Responsibilities:

- Make 120–150 outbound calls daily to potential USA & Canada clients
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain CRM and update lead information
- Build strong communication with prospects
- Follow scripts while keeping conversations natural

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome




- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients.
- Basic knowledge of sales or digital marketing is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
