Requirement: Project Manager – Civil (HPCL Mumbai Refinery Project)

Location: HPCL Mumbai Refinery, Chembur, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil for execution of an industrial civil works project inside HPCL Mumbai Refinery under EIL PMC.

Qualification Required:

- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
- Diploma Civil with exceptional industrial experience may be considered

Experience:

- B.E Civil: 12–15+ years experience
- Diploma Civil: 18+ years experience
- Minimum 5 years in project/site leadership role

Preferred Background:

Candidate must have experience in execution of industrial/refinery/PSU projects such as:

- HPCL / IOCL / BPCL / GAIL / ONGC / EIL projects
- Petrochemical / process plant / heavy industrial construction

Technical Experience Required:

- RCC foundations & equipment foundations
- Tank foundations
- Structural civil works
- Excavation & underground works
- Roads, drains & infrastructure works
- Structural steel coordination
- Shuttering, reinforcement & concrete works

Key Responsibilities:





- Complete site execution planning and control
- Manpower, machinery & resource management
- Coordination with HPCL/EIL/client representatives
- Daily/weekly/monthly progress monitoring
- Safety compliance and Permit-to-Work coordination
- Quality documentation & ITP compliance
- RA bill coordination, extra items & variation records
- Contractor/vendor management
- Ensure project completion within schedule and budget

Candidate Skills:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of refinery safety procedures
- Ability to handle client meetings independently
- Valuable documentation and reporting capability
- MS Project/Primavera knowledge preferred

Preference:

Candidates who have already worked in live refinery environments will be given priority.

Joining:

Immediate / Short notice preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
