- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems based on design drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for MEP works as per project drawings and specifications.
- Evaluate subcontractor billing and supplier quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Track costs and monitor variations during execution to ensure alignment with the project budget.
- Verify and certify contractor bills and progress payments.
- Evaluate and process claims and variations for MEP works.
- Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes with subcontractors/vendors.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs for MEP systems. Ensure timely measurement of completed works for valuation purposes.
- Maintain logs for all cost-related documents such as PO.
