Aud-VA is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with the onboarding process.




- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior recruitment or HR experience will be an added advantage.

Schedule

- Night Shift
- Monday to Friday
