Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing solid, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role is crucial for client retention, satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, challenges, and evolving needs, offering appropriate products and services.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams,



including product development, sales, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular client reports, performance reviews, and market updates, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments, resolving any issues, inquiries, or complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed advice and identify potential risks or opportunities for clients.
- Achieve individual and team-based targets for client retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
