Dr. P. Alikutty's Pharmaceuticals is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Assistant to join our manufacturing facility at Maravattom. If you have a strong scientific background and are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and approve raw materials before production.
- Monitor in-process quality to ensure compliance with standards.
- Perform final product quality checks and laboratory testing.
- Maintain accurate QC records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with AYUSH, GMP, and internal quality standards.
- Assist in routine laboratory analysis and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

Essential:

- B.Pharm (Ayurveda)
- B.Sc. Biochemistry
- B.Sc. Microbiology

Experience:

- Freshers with the required qualification are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic,



or food manufacturing quality control will be given preference.

Technical Skills

✔ Knowledge of basic laboratory testing:

- pH
- Moisture Content
- Viscosity
- Ash Value
- Weight Variation

✔ Familiarity with laboratory instruments:

- Analytical/Weighing Balance
- pH Meter
- Moisture Analyzer
- Refractometer

✔ Basic understanding of:

- AYUSH Guidelines
- Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Laboratory documentation and record keeping
