Job Description: Banquet Manager

The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing banquet and event operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. The role includes managing banquet staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and ensuring events are executed according to client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise banquet events from setup to completion.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise banquet staff.
- Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve any issues.
- Monitor banquet inventory, equipment, and operational costs.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and event management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
